Service Policy - Glow by Vera Spa

At Glow by Vera Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a positive experience for every client. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and respect for both our clients and service providers.

We kindly ask all clients to review the following policies before scheduling an appointment or purchasing our products and services.

1. Appointment Policy

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.

Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment. While we will make every effort to complete your service within the remaining scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments when a client arrives more than 15 minutes late.

In such cases, the cancellation fee described in our Cancellation & No-Show Policy may apply.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Glow by Vera Spa maintains a 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy to ensure appointment availability for all clients and to respect our service providers' time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, as well as missed appointments without notice, will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Repeated Cancellations or No-Shows

Clients who accumulate three (3) no-shows or late cancellations will be required to prepay the full cost of future services when booking.

Prepaid amounts are nonrefundable if the client violates the cancellation or no-show policy. However, when an appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will be credited toward future services at Glow by Vera Spa.

Unpaid Cancellation Fees

If a cancellation fee cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or a declined payment, the outstanding $50 fee will be added to the client's next service.

Our Commitment

Our service providers often have appointments booked weeks or months in advance. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering those appointment times to other clients.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest quality of service for everyone.

By scheduling an appointment with Glow by Vera Spa, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Services

All services rendered are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Aesthetic results may vary from person to person. Although we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for every client, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for the cost of any additional treatments needed to achieve their desired results.

Retail Products

All retail product sales are final, except where required by applicable law.

Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are intended to be used within six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, unused sessions will expire after this period. Package sessions are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or extended beyond the applicable redemption period.

If a purchased package qualifies for additional protections under applicable gift certificate or consumer protection laws, those protections will apply.

5. Gift Certificates

Gift certificate purchases are generally nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

Purchased gift certificates are subject to applicable California gift certificate regulations, including restrictions on expiration dates and applicable cash redemption rights.

Under California law, qualifying gift certificates with a remaining cash value of less than $15 may be redeemed for cash.
